For ready to ship knits, all orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days.

All orders are made and dispatched from Amsterdam. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, shipping times are estimated below:

Netherlands - All items are sent tracked and aim to be with you in 1-3 days. Free local delivery is available in Amsterdam.
​
EU - All items are sent tracked and aim to be with you in 2-7 days.
​
UK - All items are sent tracked and aim to be with you in 5-10 days.
​
Rest of World - All items are sent tracked and aim to be with you in 4-12 days.

Please note we do not pay for any customs fees charged on orders outside the EU.

When purchasing a knitting pattern, please note you are not buying a physical product. The digital pdf will be sent directly to your email address upon payment.
Return & Exchange Policy
Each item is hand knitted either specifically for an order, in very small quantities, or as a one-off piece. As a small business, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our knitwear. Due to the nature of these items, we do not accept returns on digital downloads either.
Please note we are unable to refund or replace lost or stolen packages once proof of delivery is confirmed. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and provide us with any delivery notes we may need.
