Our hand-knitted bug hood is a true winter essential. Made from a blend of alpaca, cotton and wool, this durable combination is super soft! Discover it's versatility and wear as a balaclava, hood or snood.

 

Material: 55% alpaca, 35% cotton, 10% merino wool. 

 

Production: Made by Alice in Amsterdam. 100 rows are knitted by hand to create the bug hood.

One size: The bug hood has a neck circumference of 34cm/13.5'' flat. Due to the nature of the ribbed knit, it can stretch comfortably to a circumference of up to 62cm/24.5'' to fit over the head.

 

The face opening of the hood has a circumference of 46cm/18'' flat. Due to the nature of the ribbed knit, it can stretch comfortably to 64cm/25.25'' to fit around the face when worn as a balaclava.

Due to the wool content, you don't need to wash your hood regulary, instead try airing it out to ventilate.

 

When washing, hand wash seperately in cool water and dry flat to avoid stretching.
