With step by step, easy to follow instructions it's a fast but fun project using the following techniques: Long tail cast on, 1x1 rib stitch, stocking stitch, increasing and decreasing, knitting in the round, picking up stitches, Invisible seam or crochet join.

Skill Level: Easy/Intermediate. 

 

Sizing: 3 sizes: 6-12 months, 1-2 years and 2-6 years. See size guide. 

 

Yarn: Aran/Worsted weight yarn.

 

Suggested Needle Size:  6.5mm/US 10.5 circular knitting needles, length 40-50cm/15-20'' and 7mm/US 10.5 knitting needles.

 

Gauge:  In Stocking Stitch using 7mm knitting needles, yarn held double:

10cm/4'' x 10cm/4'' = 12sts x 17 rows
